Cropac Equipment Inc. is committed to excellence in serving all customers. Our Oakville front office is open to service animals, and assistive devices such as wheelchairs and scooters, but for safety reasons, the service bays are restricted. If a customer requires assistance, we encourage a call in advance – 1-800-427-6722 - to discuss requirements.

We are currently unable to provide an accessible restroom, but future renovations will resolve this concern.

In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption of services or the facility, we will post a message on our website located under our NEWS tab, here we will include what services are disrupted, the anticipated length of time, and the reason for the disruption.
