Bill Finkle
President
Since graduating university in 1992 with an Honours Degree in Commerce, Bill, along with his late father Bill Sr., was instrumental in shaping Cropac Equipment into the full service, multiple branch, crane dealership it is today. Bill, in the crane industry since high school, is the owner of Cropac Equipment.

Jacques Beaudoin
Sr. Vice President & General Manager
In the Heavy Equipment industry since graduating university in 1989, Jacques has experience with both the manufacturing segment and in equipment distribution. He is involved in sales, operational management and the strategic direction of the company.

Harry Vande Kuyt
Director of Crane Care
With 40 years experience, Harry is a major resource to our product support departments and our customers. He facilitates existing programs within our Service and Parts Department and investigates new opportunities.

Joel Hunt
Sales Representative
Joel began selling cranes in 1993 and has been with the Cropac Team since 2004. Because of his crane knowledge, experience, and dedication to supporting the customer, Joel fosters loyal clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Northern Ontario.

Lou Proietti
Sales Representative
Selling heavy equipment for over 25 years, Lou has been the Taylor Forklift representative in Canada and USA for the last 20 years. His product responsibilities include Shuttlelift mobile gantry cranes and Terex PPM reach stackers, along with Taylor machines - all leaders in their industries.

Mike McKenzie
Vice President, Western Operations
Mike joined the Cropac Equipment team in 2007. After graduating university, he opted for a career in the finance industry, moving into operations then sales. He now applyies his strong customer focus and sales experience to the crane industry as the Vice President of Western Operations in our Nisku, AB site.

Patrick Tremblay
Branch Manager - Laval, QC
Patrick joined the Cropac Team when the Laval location launched in 2005. Selling cranes since 2000, he is devoted to customer satisfaction and assisting customers in defining their needs. Patrick’s commitment and knowledge has helped position Cropac as the supplier of choice in the Québec marketplace.

Armand Robitaille
Parts Manager
Armand has been the Parts Manager since 2000 and possesses over 25 years experience in the heavy truck and automotive fields. Armand continues to build our inventories to better serve our clients’ needs, as well as those of our Parts and Service Department.

Mark Vande Kuyt
Technical Services Manager
Mark entered the crane industry in 1990 and, shortly after, obtained his heavy duty mechanic’s license. He spent many years as a Field Service Technician and expanded his knowledge through manufacturer courses. He’s been with Cropac Equipment for five years and, as the main liaison with the factory, concentrates on customers’ technical issues.

Stephen Van Horne
Lead Shop Hand - Oakville, ON
After completing his apprenticeship with Cropac Equipment, Stephen decided to join the team full-time - that was over 20 years ago. He possesses in-depth knowledge on all our models and offers unparalleled experience in their care and maintenance.

Colleen Higgins
Office Manager - Oakville, ON
Colleen has been with Cropac Equipment since 1986 and is the longest serving team member. She is involved in all aspects of administration and the corporation’s growth. With experience in our service and parts systems, sales and inventories, she coordinates the activities of the various departments and maintains close relationships with our vendors.

Martin Bourgon
Head Mechanic - Laval, QC
With 22 years in the industry, Martin began as an Assistant Head Mechanic, rebuilding equipment and components while frequently training new staff. For many years, he ran his own business, during which time the Port of Montreal was a client. His experience with, and knowledge of, heavy equipment ranges from boom trucks, truck cranes, crawlers and tower cranes to industrial lifting equipment. He joined our Levage team in 2006 and has since help build the Levage Service Department into the strong, reliable team we are today.

François Dagenais
Parts Manager - Laval, QC
François began his career in 1997 with New Holland after completing his DEC in agricultural equipment. In 2001, he became Assistant Manager of parts at John Deere where he expanded his knowledge with training in heavy equipment. After a move to Liebherr he received training in hydraulic systems. François joined our Cropac team early in 2007 as our Parts Manager. His is now applying his experience in developing our parts department and providing our customers with the knowledge they need.

Harry Okkema
Service Manager
Harry joined the Cropac team in April of 2013 after working for 35 years in heavy equipment. He started his career as a heavy equipment technician and progressed to Area Manager, Mobile Equipment Repair and Plant Services. Harry is excited to start his second career with a family business focused on customer service, and is dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers.

Tim Hadden
Sales Representative
Tim's been selling heavy equipment since 1989. He specialized in lift trucks and material handling for the last 15 years. With over seven years experience selling Taylor "Big Red" forklifts, he offers an understanding of the industry and an ability to help the customer meet their lifting requirements. Tim now specializes in selling cranes to the Western Canada market.

Dan Sweeney
Sales Representative
Dan joined the Cropac Equipment team in 2010. A Montreal native, he worked for Norbec Steel in Lachine and A.L. Pro in Ile Perrot. Following his dream, he established a pro-hockey career in the UK, where for ten years Dan played, coached and was a general manager, resulting in three national titles. Upon returning to Canada, he became an integral player in a web-based start-up that eventually sold to Torstar. With his strong customer-centric focus, Dan is able to get to the root of customer needs.

Olivier Laflamme
Sales Representative
Olivier joined the Cropac Levage team as a sales coordinator in 2008, after 10 years as a sales representative at Coca-Cola. In this position, he acquired the necessary knowledge of heavy equipment and transitioned into sales. He sells Taylor, Shuttlelift and Marine Travelift within the region of Quebec and helps customers meet their needs for material handling equipment.

Mark Budd
Parts Manager – Nisku, AB
Right out of high school Mark jumped into the Parts field. Starting his career with Equipment Sales & Service in their warehouse, he worked his way up to Lead Parts Representative. In 2004 he obtained his Journeyman Parts Technician ticket and Interprovincial Red Seal. Working primarily with Terex and Bucyrus mining equipment, Mark gained valuable knowledge of both hydraulics and electrical systems. With over 15 years in the industry Mark moved his family from Fort McMurray to Edmonton and in 2013 he came on board with Cropac.

Cory Reid
Operations Manager – Nisku, AB
Cory spent 16 years in the aerospace manufacturing industry as a Chemical Engineering Technologist. After several years in supervisory and management positions, Cory changed his focus and searched out new professional challenges and found them in the crane industry. He joined Cropac in 2012 as the Operations Manager of our Nisku, AB site.
